1Return & Exchange Policy
We are sure you will love your purchase! However, please know that customer satisfaction is our number one priority at ROBEM Jewelry Bar. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can receive store credit, or exchange your pieces within 5 business days after received. * All exchanges (if elegible) will be credited to the form of store credit. There will no longer be refunds, no returns, no exceptions. * Please contact us if you would like to initiate a return at: shoprobemjewelry@gmail.com to see if your order is elegible. * If approved, customer has 5 calendar days from date of delivery to return/exchange items. * Please note exchanges take 5-15 business days to process after we receive. Please make sure you send items for an exchange within 5 business days after received. * To be eligible for exchange, item must be intact, in its original packaging and impecable condition. * Visibly worn, scratched, altered, or damaged items will not be processed and will be returned to costumer. * Sale items do not qualify for exchanges. They are final sale. * Please note exchanges are also at customer's expense. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We will provide a shipping label only if there was a mistake with your order on our end. * If your order qualifies for free shipping and you decide to exchange an item, we will deduct what the store paid to ship your order. The remaining balance will be transferred to store credit. * ROBEM Jewelry Bar is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. Please note that all items are made to order by hand in our studio in McAllen, Texas. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible (usually 5-10 business days), but some pieces will ship within 15-20 business days of placing order. This is true for USA orders. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately via the e-mail provided at time of purchase. Please consider significantly longer shipping times during the months of November and December (or during sales). Please note there are still shipping delays due to Covid out of our control. Thank you for understanding. If you are placing an order as a gift and would like more than one jewelry pouch, please e-mail: Shoprobemjewelry@gmail.com US shipping rate is $9 dlls, free shipping on orders over $250. If you need your order by a certain date, please e-mail: shoprobemjewelry@gmail.com. We will check our stock and try our best to ship immediately. Please keep in mind that expedite shipping DOES NOT guarantee item will arrive on time. Unfortunately there are sometimes delays in shipping that are out of our hands. Additional fees may apply for rush orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your UPS/USPS tracking number and details. Please be sure to check your spam inbox as well. There are no order cancellations at this point.
